Your tickets will be legitimate and valid for entry at the event

All tickets sold on are authentic tickets valid for entry to the specified event.

Please contact your ticket seller immediately if you have trouble gaining entry to the event.

Your seller's contact information is included on your email receipt.

Regardless of the delivery method on your order, your tickets will arrive in time for the event.

If your seller doesn't deliver the tickets in time for your event we will coordinate your refund with the ticket seller.

Your tickets will be the same as, equal to, or better than what you requested in your order

The sellers who list tickets on our marketplace are required to provide tickets for the exact seating they advertise or else provide equal or better seating.

In case of a significant seating change from the section and row on your original ticket order, your seller must proactively contact you and confirm any substitution.

We understand that "equal or better than" may be subjective.

What if I am unhappy with my alternate tickets?

If you are unhappy with the alternate tickets that your seller proposes or supplies, please contact the ticket center at 855-859-4031 immediately and we will investigate the issue to help you reach an amicable agreement with the seller.

What if my event is canceled?

You will receive a refund if your event is permanently canceled.

If your event is canceled, we will coordinate your refund (excluding delivery fees) with the ticket seller. In some cases, your ticket seller may require you to return the tickets before a refund will be issued.

What if my event is postponed?

If your event is postponed, and tickets for the original date are valid for the rescheduled date, you're all set!

You can use your tickets to attend the event at the new date and time when it's announced by the venue.

What if I cannot gain entry to my event?

In the unlikely event of an issue gaining entry at the venue, you will need a written letter from the venue on its letterhead, or even a simple email identifiable from the venue, verifying that there was a problem scanning the tickets [gaining entry].

We require this verified proof to secure your refund from the ticket seller who supplied your tickets. (Written or stamped "voids" on tickets don't qualify as verified proof.)
